With konnect's unlimited packages, you get internet access with no data cap so you can use the Internet with total peace of mind. However, if a large number of customers are using the service at the same time, the speed may be adjusted to ensure that everyone can use the service with optimal performance. Depending on which package you choose, you receive a certain amount of data called priority data which is protected from these speed adjustments if there is a lot of traffic.
How long will it take to get superfast Internet working?
Your account will be activated once your equipment has been installed by a professional. Our customer service team will contact you to arrange an installation date after we have processed your order. We are currently experiencing extremely high demand for our services and the installation date may be up to four weeks from when you place your order. We are working hard to get new customers konnected as soon as possible.
Which offer is best-suited to my needs?
konnect offers packages with different connection speeds, so you can choose a deal that suits your required number of users and level of usage. If you have a lot of users and are frequently streaming content, opt for a subscription package with a higher speed for optimal performance.
Are there any limits on my data usage?
All our packages come with unlimited usage. That means you cannot run out of data. Each package also includes a set amount of priority data where your speeds will be highest. This is 20GB for konnect Easy, 60GB for konnect Zen and 120GB for konnect Max. To experience the fastest speeds, it's important you choose a package with enough priority data to cover your needs. Any data used between 1 am and 6 am won't be counted so you can schedule major downloads and updates overnight.
How does konnect work?
Konnect Internet is as easy to use as fibre optics and 4G. But instead of getting a connection through cables or radio waves, your home accesses high-speed broadband using satellite technology instead.
Even though the satellite is located 36,000 km above the earth, all you need is a satellite dish equipped with a konnect transceiver and Box to connect easily to the whole world and enjoy very high-speed Internet.

(1) Eligibility: packages reserved for home use on condition of availability in the region selected. Price: prices include all taxes. Set-up fees: the set-up fees of €49 Inc. VAT are invoiced following your first Order. Payment: the set-up fees are payable at the time of the subscription; the recurring fees are payable monthly. Additional fees: potential additional fees (non-standard installation, termination fee, non-return equipment fee…) are listed in the “konnect Price Guide”. Konnect Equipment: The Konnect Equipment is essential for the use of our satellite internet services and is provided by Eutelsat S.A.. Delivery: Konnect Equipment will be delivered within ten (10) working days following receipt by Eutelsat of the payment of Your Set-up fee, of Your Contract signed and of a valid mean of payment of Your monthly fee. Installation: standard installation of the Konnect Equipment, amounting to €219 Inc. VAT, and activation of the services are performed within twenty (20) working days following receipt by Eutelsat of the payment of Your Set-up fee, of Your Contract signed and of a valid mean of payment of Your monthly fee, by a professional approved by Eutelsat S.A., at Eutelsat S.A.’s costs for your first subscription, except in the case of subscription to a Package without commitment (only by telephone and under the conditions set out in the “Standard Information Sheet” and the “konnect Price Guide”), in which case standard installation will be performed at your expense. Standard installation depends on the location of the installation and its complexity, but it does not depend on the number of hours required to complete the installation. Standard installation depends, in particular, on the possible locations for the antenna (lateral walls that are easily accessible with a class-1 ladder (up to 130Kg load), a roof accessible from the building’s stairs or with a class-1 ladder (up to 130Kg load) with mounting fixed to the interior wall, wall or parapet, roof surface or ground; ground-floor with concrete base with good satellite visibility, the distance of cable routing - 30m with a standard Konnect Equipment cable. The routing of the cable must be satisfactory and achievable). Any non-standard installation, independent of the konnect Satellite internet access services, is liable to incur additional fees at your cost, which will be specified by the installers (to find out more about the types of non-standard installation and the associated fees, consult the “Contractual Conditions” and “konnect Price Guide). Standard and non-standard installation fees constitute services independent of the Satellite internet access services to be paid upon completion of the installation and will not be reimbursed in the case of cancellation or withdrawal. Right of withdrawal: as a consumer, in case of distance contract, You benefit from a withdrawal period that must be exercised (for example by fulfilling and sending Us this form) no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the Activation of Your package. In case of withdrawal, your set-up fees will be reimbursed (but not the potential standard and non-standard installation fee). Duration: initial subscription 11 months plus the pro-rata of the month during which your service is activated (at the same time your Konnect Equipment is installed), except in case of subscription to a Package without commitment. Data speed: speeds are expressed in Megabits per second. The download and upload speed advertised is a maximum speed. It may vary and is not guaranteed (for more information on data speed, consult the Standard Information Sheet). Priority data: with the konnect Easy, konnect Zen and konnect Max packages, once you reach 20Gb, 60Gb and 120Gb of data consumption respectively, your data consumption may be reduced in favour of other users on the network during peak times, and your download speed may be affected. Your consumption is not counted at night (01:00 to 06:00 in the morning - local time). Video: The quality of continuous video streaming is indicated “up to”. It may vary and it is not guaranteed. Online gaming and websites requiring a fast response time: You are informed that the characteristics of satellite internet connection are not suitable for this type of use. Termination: You can terminate Your subscription by respecting the contractual notice period of thirty (30) days, but You will be required to pay a termination indemnity proportional to the advantage You have been granted. This termination indemnity may not exceed the costs incurred by Eutelsat S.A. in connection with the Activation of Your Service, i.e. a maximum amount of €219 Inc. VAT, except in the case of termination for just cause. After-sales assistance: please refer to the Standardized Information Sheet. Dispute resolution: We will always do Our best to find an amicable solution to potential disputes before to go to a court, in particular through a mediation process (in particular via the European dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage but you are free to choose). Processing your data: Unless indicated “optional”, the information collected is required to process your request. This information is the subject of automated processing under the responsibility of Eutelsat S.A. (marketing konnect’s product and services) and is intended for use by departments within Eutelsat S.A., the companies belonging to Eutelsat S.A.’s group and its suppliers responsible for the processing of your request and subsequent actions. You also have a right to access, correct, limit, delete, oppose (for legitimate reasons) the processing of your personal data, their sharing with third parties, to oppose the reception of marketing information, a right to the portability of your data, a right to define what happens to your personal data after your death and, as appropriate, to withdraw your consent at any time.
